TK-Suite Client:

Convenient Dialling Assistance
The TK-Suite Client will support you with your daily work at your computer. Using the Client, you can call telephone numbers without having to dial the number from your telephone. If the called number is available, then your system telephone will be switched to speaker phone, or the call maybe transferred to the headset. Just select the telephone number with the click of the mouse and the TK-Suite Client will take care of the rest.
Call Display
TK-Suite Client informs you about incoming calls via a pop-up window and displays the number or the name of the caller if it has been entered in the telephone book. If there are already notes about this call, you can view these as well. Of course, you have the option of adding new notes to each call, entering a new number to an existing contact, or creating a new contact.

Call Log if unavailable and Call Return
Should you ever be away from your desk - no problem. The call log contains all incoming and outgoing calls and can be viewed by the click of a mouse.
Appointment Reminder
If the person you are calling is not available, you can add a reminder to resubmit this call at a later time. TK-Suite will automatically remind you of this call. Of course, you can also set this reminder for another extension user.

Sending of Memos within the own internal network
If you want to leave an extension user a message, you can also do this using the resubmission function. You can also send a contact from the telephone book as a link.

TK-Suite Contact
With TK-Suite Contact is a convenient contact management system. You can add as many telephone numbers, email addresses and postal addresses to a contact as you like. If you want to call this contact but don't know under which telephone number this person can be reached, then TK-Suite Client can automatically dial all telephone numbers for that contact until a connection has been established. (Sequential Dialling)

TK-Suite Bill
With TK-Suite Bill, you have your call charges under control. You have an overview of all external calls and can sort these as required. The names are taken and displayed automatically from the system for the displayed numbers, the extension numbers and the lines used. You can use this function to quickly and easily view all data at a glance. Additionally, you can filter the data according to your own needs so that only important information is displayed. If you no longer need some data or want to archive it, you can do this via the archive function. If required, this data can be reinstated at a later time.

TK-Suite Set
With the Set application, you have access to the functions of your system and can set these according to your own needs. For example, you can change functions and acoustic settings of your telephone. You can also edit speed-dial numbers and function buttons with this application. You can even print labels for the function buttons of your phone. In colour of course.
Additional functions are:

LCR Settings
(Least Cost Routing)
Group Assignments
Extension Name and Numbers
World Clock
Timer Controlled System Functions

Using the wizard, all important PBX system settings can be quickly and conveniently configured via dialog boxes.
In the network, you have the option of setting up different users and assigning them only certain rights. These rights may include call charge calculation, button programming of a system phone and the editing of entries in the system telephone book.

TAPI Interface
(Telephony Applications Programming Interface)
All current AGFEO systems have a TAPI interface. Via this interface, communication programs running on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP can harness the power of an AGFEO system.
