As you doubtless know, the clock for your telecommunications system is taken from the external S0 connecting cables of your network provider ! This clock is essential to trouble-free communication between the telecommunications system and the provider.
If you have connected ports from different providers to your system, you may have synchronization problems because of differing clock pulses.
Normally the system handles clocking of the first S0. In terms of clocking, there are tolerances in both directions (+/-) which must be maintained by other ports !
Your system has no influence on the clocking of an external S0 port !
In order to ensure trouble-free operation, you should always fit only ports from one network provider to your system !
Otherwise you must ensure that the clocks of different ports are synchronized !
