accustomed from AS 19x Plus, now the AS 140 Plus and AS 141 Plus systems are shipped with relay and switch contacts as well as the standard FTZ door phone unit interface.
By way of the FTZ interface, in conjunction with the switching contacts, you can connect up to three doorbell buttons and have them directed to specific terminals.
Alternatively, the switching contacts can also be used as signaling contacts.
The additional relay contacts permit external devices to be operated.
Existing systems which do not have these contacts cannot be upgraded to implement the functions cited by installing the plug-in contacts !
