We would like to inform all installers that the AGFEO Doorphone TFE 2 and TFE 4 will only require a power supply (Bell Transformer) if a door opener is going to be used. The doorphone can be connected to AGFEO telephone systems without the need for additional power.
The connection of the external power source is also quite simple.
Both legs of the power source are connected to point 7 and 8. On activation of the lock release power will be supplied to point 5 and 6.
On the TFE 2, as illustrated here, you have an additional relay to operate a doorbell.
