is a notice relating to the distribution of AGFEO system firmware and AGFEO PC Configurators:
AGFEO reserves the exclusive right of use for commercial purposes of the AGFEO firmware/software made available over the Internet. Any reproduction of the firmware/software for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
German Copyright Act Section 17 Right of distribution; Section 32 Limitation of right of use; Section 35 Allowance of simple rights of use; (1) The holder of an exclusive right of use may allow simple rights of use only with the consent of the copyright holder.
