The call number of the last external party you spoke to (with number ID) is stored on a "clipboard".
To enter the number quickly and easily in your phonebook, press the following key combination on your system telephone:
Set -> Phonebook key -> Enter (add entry) -> Shift key (top right) -> Redial key -> Enter -> Enter name (not obligatory) ->Enter -> Set.
The precondition for storage of the number on the "clipboard" is that the external incoming or outgoing call was actually connected !
