TK Suite Bill

TK Suite Bill allows you to read call data out of your PBX and manage it.

Functions

You will find buttons in the menubar for the following functions:

Read Out New Data

A connection is made to the PBX and all new call data records added since the last read out are transferred to the database.

Read Out All Data

A connection is made to the PBX and all data records stored in the PBX are transferred to the database. Double entries are recognised automatically and not added to the database.

Print

Presently filtered data records can be printed out with this function. A PDF file is created for this purpose, which can be printed out from your browser using Acrobat Reader.

Phonebook Display/Number Display

Click this button to if you want to resolve numbers according to name present in the TK Suite Contact database.

Export

Click this button to get an ASCII file with filtered call data which you can save to your computer and open with other programmes such as spreadsheet software.

PBX Buffer Status

This field displays how much memory your PBX has available. Several models require that you delete the memory yourself. Click Query to query the current status. Click Delete to delete all data records on the PBX.

Archive

You also have the possibility of moving call data records to an archive. Click to open an archive for viewing, change the current archive, create a new archive and move data records to another archive by clicking . Only admin is authorised to use this function.

Filters

Filters allow you to select the data records displayed according to various criteria. The filters are also stored in the database and can be deleted or temporarily disabled at any time. You can view disabled filters by clicking . Filters of the same type, for instance, number filters are linked to an "or" operation, while filters of a different type are linked to an "and" operation.

Filter: All/Incoming/Outgoing

Filters according to incoming, outgoing or all calls.

Filter: Time Period

Time periods are defined here for which connections are to be displayed. A time period filter can also be very easily setup by clicking a date in the connectivity list.

Filter: Number

You can specify numbers for which connections are to be displayed. A number filter can be very easily setup by clicking a number in the connectivity list.

Filter: Line

You can specify a line here for which connections are to be displayed. A line filter can be very easily setup by clicking a line in the connectivity list.

Filter: LCR Operator

Use this filter to show connections made via a particular operator. A operator filter can be very easily setup by clicking an operator in the connectivity list.

Filter: Parties

Use this filter to show connections made by a particular party. A party filter can be very easily setup by clicking a party in the connectivity list.

Views

Connectivity List

The connectivity list shows you all call records corresponding to the current filter criteria.

Statistic Comparison

The statistics comparison shows a comparison between parties and lines.

Statistic Progression

The progression statistics show the progression per party over several months. Click on the name of a month for a view to the day. Click Hide View to return to the monthly view.
