TK Suite Contact
TK Suite Contact allows you to manage contacts, numbers, addresses and notes. TK Suite Client can also be used to query contacts. Contact Overview
The following functions are available under Contact Overview: Filterbar
You can select the initial letters or enter part of a name according to which the contacts diplayed are to be filtered. Contact Overview
All contacts all listed according to the filter criteria here. Click
and
to browse. Click the name of a contact to edit it. Clicking a phone number induces TK Suite Client to call it. Clicking an e-mail address opens your e-mail client if it is set as the default programme to be opened. You can see the rights for the contact data next to the respective contact on the right. Contacts set up by you can be deleted by clicking the delete button blended in. Add Contact
Click this button to create a new contact. Edit Contact
You can edit a contact in contact view. Click Edit
to the right of a contact name to edit the contact details for a specific person. If you are the contact owner, i.e. the person who created the contact, click [p] private [r] read only and [r+w] read+write to determine whether other users are allowed to view the contact (public) or even edit it (read+write). You can enter several phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web addresses for each contact here. To do this click Add Number/E-Mail and enter the required data. Check "In Overview?" to determine which telephone numbers or e-mail addresses are to be shown in the Contact Overview. A private, business and mobile number can be selected for display in the overview. Clicking a phone number induces TK Suite Client to call it.
The stack dialing settings allow you to setup a series of numbers to be called in sequence. You can also set how often a number is to be called before the next number in the stacking dialing list is called. Stack dialing can be started in TK Suite Client. Contact: Addresses
You can enter several addresses for each contact here. To do this click Add Address and enter the required data. Contact: Notes
You can add a note to each contact here. "TK Suite Client" as a special note can only be edited with TK Suite Client. Phone Book Synch
The contact database is automatically synchronised with the PBX phone book. The
icon in the communications view shows the index for a number in the PBX phone book. Click the icon or the index to move the entry, or to add a number not contained in the PBX phone book to it.
